Terms of Service – Bomba Pouches

Welcome to Bomba Pouches. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bomba Pouches website (www.bombapouches.com), our products (including, but not limited to, nootropic pouches), and any associated content, services, communications, or materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”), provided by Bomba Pouches Inc. (“Bomba,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws applicable in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in a country that provides you with additional rights under consumer protection legislation, those rights will not be affected by this choice of law clause.

9. Indemnification

By using our Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bomba Pouches, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
