At Bomba Pouches, customer satisfaction is a priority — but so is the health and safety of every individual who uses our products.

Due to the oral and perishable nature of our nootropic pouches, we maintain a strict no return / no refund policy once products are opened or handled. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our products and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Refund & Return Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, and strictly if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Photographic evidence of the product and its condition is included

  • The return is approved by our customer support team in writing

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bomba Pouches Inc. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@bombapouch.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product(s) and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will offer a compensation solution in the form of a discount code for your next purchase, or an appropriate resolution at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for fulfillment errors unless otherwise determined by our team.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with

  • The client made a mistake when selecting the product or entered incorrect shipping information

  • The product does not meet the customer’s personal expectations regarding flavor, effect, or experience

  • Products were purchased as part of a promotion, final sale, or free sample campaign

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, the customer is fully responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bomba Pouches is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Results may vary based on individual tolerance, physiology, hydration, and other personal factors.

  • We do not guarantee results, and we do not issue refunds based on perceived effectiveness or subjective experience.
